\nThe sexual allegation trumpeted by Phebian Swill, the Swindler has been investigated by the Board of the Bank of Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n
In the investigation that ensued, it was proven that the allegations she made were fictitious, misleading, baseless, unfounded and outrageous for a woman of that pedigree, a lawyer to go berserk and carve a story with no iota of truth.<\/p>\n

She rather went berserk like a mad woman chasing nothing, using feminism as a weapon to intimidate the fine gentleman with a pedigree of result-oriented intuition for which he has become a magnet of attention with footprints on the sand of history.<\/p>\n

If I were, the victim of Phebian Swill, the Swindler\u2019s outrageous outburst of verbal attack of my person to sexual harassment, I would sue her, because all three elements constituting defamation were present during her bickering of the MD, especially after he had left. The first element of defamation is the material must be published to at least one person and Phebian Swill, the swindler, declared the issue of sexual harassment against the MD in public. The second element is the person being defamed is identified, and Phebian, the swindler, identifies the RCB MD as a man who sexually harassed Margaret, an employee of the bank. The third element of defamation is that the communication must be considered defamatory by the ordinary or reasonable person. Be it as it may, Phebian the swindler and serial defamer\u2019s communication could be considered by the ordinary man as defamatory.<\/p>\n
In conclusion, Phebian the Swindler and serial defamer has chewed more than she can bite, thereby carving her part into self-destruction. However, deviant behaviour can be controlled by the court by punishing people who offend the laws of the country in the form of fines, imprisonment and damage suits. What for? is it that she has been paid to embark on the character assassination of a man, who is contributing to nation-building and has even helped and mould Phebian with finances in her programmes. What is heart-rendering is the fact that a few weeks ago, Phebian received financial support from the MD, invited him to her programmes, and gave him platforms to speak.
